Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Knight’s Opera House building. Public notices are placed on bulletin boards located inside and outside of the Town Clerk’s office, inside the Post office, by the laundromat on Chelsea Street, and at the Royalton Academy Building on VT Rte. 14.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 p.m. Closed daily for lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
