Bethel-Royalton Transfer Station

Pandemic Response Actions

As part of the effort to fight the risk of community spread of COVID-19, we ask for your support and cooperation in implementing the following:

We are TEMPORARILY unable to accept and distribute books and clothing at this time.

We are limiting foot traffic in the cashier’s office to 1 person at a time. Please be patient with each other and maintain a 6’ distance while waiting in line.

We are increasing the frequency of sanitizing counters, door handles, cart handles, etc.

Stay home if you’re not feeling well or have been sick in the last two weeks.

Consider wearing disposable gloves. Let’s face it, a lot of people come through our doors, use the carts and touch the door handles.

Consider electing one family member to bring the trash and recycling to the transfer station. The less people out and about, the better.

With your help, we can continue to serve the community while being mindful of the health of our employees and customers.
